Compliance documents

Upload your current credentials. SafeFire manually reviews these before activating your directory listing and CoC access.

Select the product you use for each substrate you work in. If your product is not listed, select "Other" and enter the name.

Once you have confirmed your email, you will be asked to upload your verification documents (CIPC certificate or SA ID, tax clearance, and any technical data sheets) directly from your profile. Your account will remain pending until SafeFire has reviewed these.

Review & submit

Please confirm your details before submitting. Your account will be created immediately but will remain in pending status until SafeFire verifies your credentials.

What happens after you submit: Verify your email first, then upload your compliance documents (CIPC or SA ID, tax clearance) from your profile. SafeFire will review your credentials within 1–3 business days and activate your account. Only then will you appear in the public directory and be able to generate CoCs.
